TASTING NOTES: A noticable pale straw yellow colour and greenish highlights. Its wide bouquet exhales aromas of tropical fruits, sage and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it has a good acidity, full, sapid and elegant body with a pleasant mineral note.
FOOD PAIRING: Fish, crustaceans, mixed salads and white meats.
TECHNICAL NOTES: Serve at 10°-12 °C (50°-53°F), 12% ABV, Potential aging 2 years after vintage
