WINEMAKING: The sparkling winemaking process used is called the ‘Metodo Charmat’- which involves a steel autoclave in compliance with the regulation of the material, obtaining a Brut prosecco, exciting and perfect for all occasions. Harvested at the beginning of September.
TASTING NOTES: When poured, the Prosecco D.O.C. Brut is a bright straw yellow colour, with some greenish hints. It has lively perlage, intense flowery scents of acacia flowers and fruity scents of pear. It has good intensity and it is fresh, pleasant and harmonious.
