TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow with golden tinges. Fruity, floral nose with mineral notes. Concentrated, fresh palate with good smoothness and notes of acacia, renette apple and tropical fruits.
FOOD PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif, with fish hors d’oeuvres, seafood or white meat.
