WINEMAKING: Fermentation with skin contact for 10-15 days at temperature controlled. Maturation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in tonneaux for 18 months followed by 6 months bottle aging.
TASTING NOTES: Beautiful ruby red color. Intense, lingering, lightly oaky with licorice and vanilla notes. Excellent full-body structure, round and with a great almond finish.
