TASTING NOTES: Bright, straw yellow. Intense, slightly aromatic, with notes of fresh fruit and a mineral hint. Refreshing and creamy, with an appealing and a fresh and lingering finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif, could be well paired with shellfish and white meat ; also great with fresh cheese.

TECHNICAL NOTES: Serve at 8°-10°C (46°-50°F), 12.5% ABV
