VINEYARD: Clay-Limestone
WINEMAKING: The grapes are harvested, destemmed and pressed by night to preserve freshness and prevent oxidation. They are fermented at low temperatures to maximize extraction of red berry fruit aromas. Malolactic fermentation is partly done in French oak barrels. We are using pea-based fining agents.
TASTING NOTES: Vibrant ruby hue. Refined nose driven by notes of undergrowth and blackberry fruits with blackberry and raspberry. Light oak influence rounds off the palate making this a charming wine for pleasure.
