WINEMAKING: Harvested at the end of September. Chianti area traditional vinification with fermentation lasting about 12 days in steel tanks and subsequent ripening in big and medium sized barrels of Slavonian oak, whose hint is delicate but unmistakable in the wines.

TASTING NOTES: Produced with Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this intense and lively ruby red colored wine has a fresh aroma with cherry and plum hints. Dry, soft and harmonic flavor with tannic perceptions.
