VINEYARD: Different vineyards situated in different parts of the estate, North-South position; 350 meters above sea-level; classic shale clay, typical of Monteriggioni’s area,

WINEMAKING: The grapes are carefully selected and harvested at the end of Septemeber in a particularly accurate way and the fermentation lasts 12 days. Subsequently the wine gets its ripening in barrels of Slavonian oak for about 24 months and, after the bottling, ages in the bottles for at least three months before delivery.

TASTING NOTES: This wine, produced with pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes coming from our vineyards, located at a height of 350 meters (1,148 feet) on sea level, has an intense ruby red color. Spices, cherry and a soft tannin perfectly compose this fantastic juice.

FOOD PAIRING: It pairs extremely well with red meat, game and even pasta.
