WINEMAKING: Barbera d’Asti “Ronchetti” is the outcome of a careful selection of Barbera grapes cultivated in Monferrato area.After the harvest, there is the traditional vinification : a fermentation at controlled temperature with a short maceration on skins. The result is this “young-style” wine, bottled in the same year of the vintage.

TASTING NOTES: The bouquet is wide with hints of fresh red fruits and notes of apricot. The flavor is typical, very intense, all-round.Vibrant ruby hue. Refined nose driven by notes of undergrowth and blackberry fruits with blackberry and raspberry. Light oak influence rounds off the palate making this a charming wine for pleasure.

FOOD PAIRING: “Ronchetti” enhances every moment of the day; it is also perfect with all kinds of courses, including those of the “street food”.

TECHNICAL NOTES: Serve at 18°-20°C (64°-68°F). Best in twenty-four months.
